Start a ComplyTrain trial
Tell us about your organisation and we will set up a trial workspace for your team. Every request is reviewed by a person, usually within one business day.
What happens after you submit
Your request goes to our team, not to an automated provisioning queue. There are three steps, and only the first one is yours.
1. We review your request. Usually within one business day. Support checks the details and chooses the permanent web address for your workspace.
2. You accept the terms and choose a plan. We email you a link. You accept our terms there and pick which plan you want to trial.
3. Your workspace is created. From that point it is yours, and you can invite the rest of your team.
What you are not asked for
Two things people expect on a signup form are deliberately missing from this one.
A workspace address. We choose it at approval. It permanently pins the identity pool, the storage and the encryption keys behind your workspace, so it is not something to type quickly into a form and regret later.
A plan or payment details. Tier selection happens on the acceptance page after approval. No card is collected on this form, and none is needed to start the trial.
Where the trial runs
ComplyTrain runs in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Each customer workspace is isolated at the infrastructure level: its own database schema, its own identity pool and its own storage bucket. The QMS functionality is structured around the ISO 9001 clause structure.
