Media Monitoring

The sector news that matters to your organisation - read and rated by AI, and delivered as a scheduled digest in your own language.

ComplyTrain reads your sector’s media so your team does not have to. Every article is analysed and rated once, and a scheduled digest brings you only what fits the interest profile you define - your industries, topics and keywords - kept as a dated, in-app monitoring record.

Relevance, not volume

Media Monitoring reads your sector’s media so your team does not have to. An AI analyst reads each new article once - deciding whether it is genuinely relevant, ranking it High or Medium, and writing a short, neutral summary - so what reaches your inbox is the filtered handful worth your attention, not the hundreds that are not. Coverage spans sector news, including regulatory and standards developments, drawn from curated publisher sources.

Scoped to your organisation, not a keyword

You describe what matters: your industries, the topics you track, your product and competitor names, and the noise you never want to see. Your profile - and the exclusions you set - decide exactly what lands in the digest. That is the difference between a generic alert that floods you with every mention and a digest built around the standards and subjects your organisation actually works to.

  • Start fast with an industry pack - a ready-made bundle of topics and keywords for your sector
  • Add your own keywords and topics, and set exclusions that always win
  • High and Medium priority only, so the digest stays short and worth reading

A digest built for you, on your schedule

Daily or weekly, on the day and at the time you choose, in your own timezone and in any of nine languages, to the people you name - no ComplyTrain login required, so leadership and distribution lists work fine. Step up to the Deep digest and it explains what the period’s coverage means for your organisation, grounded in what ComplyTrain already knows about your industry, standards and products - analysis written for you, not a generic summary.

Monitoring you can evidence

Every digest is archived in the app, independent of email - a durable, dated record of what was monitored and what was found, which is exactly what a management standard expects when it asks how you keep an eye on your external context. If nothing matched, you still receive a digest saying so, because monitoring that goes quiet should never be mistaken for monitoring that has broken. And every digest email carries a plain note that its summaries are AI-generated and worth checking against the original source.

Use cases

  • Watch the topics you work to

Track the subjects that matter to your sector and your standards - set the topics and keywords, exclude the noise, and let a defined routine surface the developments worth planning for.

  • Horizon-scanning without the firehose

The digest surfaces what is relevant to your field and rates it, so your team reads a short, prioritised summary instead of skimming newsletters that mostly do not apply.

  • A monitoring record for the audit

Every digest is archived in the app with the date it ran and what it found - a systematic, evidenced way to show how you keep an eye on your external context.

  • The sources only you can reach

On Enterprise plans, add your own feeds - including ones behind a login or an API key. Their articles are analysed for you alone, private to your organisation, with credentials encrypted at rest and never shown back.

Monitoring that fits how your organisation works

  • AI-analysed digests

Every article read and rated once - relevance, priority and a short summary - so your team reads a digest, not a firehose.

  • Scoped to your interests

Your industries, topics, keywords and exclusions decide what reaches you - a digest built around your organisation, not a keyword string.

  • A record you can point to

Every digest archived in the app, dated and complete - a durable monitoring record, even when nothing matched.
