Prices are in EUR, billed monthly, and subject to change. Additional users are €50/month on Professional and Team. The Free plan is permanent, with no time limit.
Pricing questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, at any time. Downgrading may reduce the number of standards, documents and users available to you, so your data stays but some limits tighten. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
Which standards are covered?
ComplyTrain gives you the framework to manage your compliance to standards including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and AQAP 2110, with more added over time. Each plan includes a number of standards; Enterprise is unlimited. (ComplyTrain helps you manage your own compliance - it is not itself certified to these standards.)
Are there hidden fees?
No. Pricing is transparent: the plan price, plus €50/month per additional user on Professional and Team. Everything else in the plan is included.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes - a permanent Free plan with no time limit. It is enough to get your first standard in order, and it includes AI media monitoring so you see regulatory change coming from day one.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt), with each customer isolated at the database, identity and storage layers. Your data is not co-mingled with another customer’s.
