NATO has not released this STANAG publicly. It is NATO UNCLASSIFIED, and organisations that need it obtain it through their national standardization authority.
What it is
STANAG 4024 is the NATO Standardization Agreement on ammonium nitrate for use in explosives, physical and chemical requirements, specifications. Edition 3 was promulgated in July 2006 under CNAD, AC/326 CASG, SG/A, EMT. NATO has not released it publicly, so this page describes it from the Czech defence standards index entry for the Czech standard that implements it, and from a public NATO publication that cites it.
What the Czech implementation covers
The Czech defence standards index lists ČOS 137606, on raw materials for the production of military explosives II, ammonium perchlorate, aluminium powder and ammonium nitrate, as implementing STANAG 4024 edition 3 together with STANAG 4299 edition 1 and STANAG 4300 edition 2 (AOP-4300(A)). The index describes ČOS 137606 as setting out qualitative requirements for the raw materials ammonium perchlorate, aluminium powder and ammonium nitrate used to produce military explosives, and as laying down uniform test methods for evaluating the quality of those raw materials. The index does not say which of these requirements or test methods come from STANAG 4024 and which from the other two agreements, so this is a description of the Czech standard, not NATO's own text.
AOP-4682 Edition A lists STANAG 4024 among its related documents as "STANAG 4024 Ed. 3, Explosives - Specification for Ammonium nitrate (for use in explosives)", alongside the specifications for other explosive materials such as RDX, PETN and TNT.
