What it is
STANAG 4547 is the NATO Standardization Agreement on design requirements for inductive setting of medium calibre electronic projectile fuzes. Edition 2 was promulgated in October 2019 under CNAD, AC/326 CASG, SG/A, IST, and it covers the publication AOP-4547 edition A. NATO has not released STANAG 4547 publicly, so this page describes it from the Czech defence standards index and a public NATO publication, AOP-39, that cites it.
What the Czech implementation covers
The Czech defence standards index lists STANAG 4547 edition 2 (AOP-4547(A)) among the agreements implemented by ČOS 130014, a Czech standard on design requirements for initiation systems. The index describes ČOS 130014 as setting uniform requirements for the design and handling safety of initiation and ignition systems in newly developed or newly introduced live and training ammunition, and for assessing those systems for safety and usability. That description is of the Czech standard as a whole, not of STANAG 4547 alone: ČOS 130014 implements STANAG 4547 together with six other agreements, STANAG 4560, 4157, 4368, 4363, 4369 and 4187.
Where it is cited
AOP-39 lists STANAG 4547 as "Design Requirements for Inductive Setting of Medium Calibre Projectile Fuzes", alongside STANAG 4369 on inductive setting of large calibre projectile fuzes and STANAG 4560 on electro-explosive devices, both of which ČOS 130014 also implements.
