NATO has not released this STANAG publicly. It is NATO UNCLASSIFIED, and organisations that need it obtain it through their national standardization authority.
What it is
STANAG 2185 is the NATO Standardization Agreement on asset, consignment and personnel tracking information exchange, covering AAITP-04 edition B. Edition 5 was promulgated on 25 October 2019, sponsored by MC, MCLSB, AST, CIP. NATO has not released STANAG 2185 publicly, so this page describes it from the Czech defence standards index's entry for a national standard that implemented an earlier edition.
What the Czech implementation covers
The Czech defence standards index lists ČOS 990503, a standard on the mutual exchange of electronic data concerning materiel tracking, as implementing STANAG 2185 edition 3, an earlier edition than the one NATO's catalogue records today. The index's entry says the ČOS defines requirements for a NATO consignment-tracking system, and that it sets out and standardises the exchange of consignment-tracking information together with the tracking architecture. The same entry records that ČOS 990503 has since been cancelled without replacement, so this describes what edition 3 covered, not the current edition.
Where it is cited
STANAG 2494, a public NATO agreement, lists STANAG 2185 edition 3 among its other related documents under the title NATO Asset Tracking Information Exchange Requirements and Systems Architecture, alongside STANAG 2495 edition 2 on data formats for asset tracking and STANAG 4281 edition 2 on NATO standard marking for shipment and storage.
