STANAG 3558 is the NATO agreement on the locations of electrical connectors for aircraft stores. Edition 6 was promulgated in February 2020 under CNAD, AC/224 NAFAG, ACG2, AASG, and covers AEP-3558 edition A. NATO has not released STANAG 3558 publicly, so this page describes it from the Czech defence standards index entry for ČOS 156002, the Czech standard that implements it.
What the Czech implementation covers
The Czech defence standards index describes ČOS 156002 as defining the locations of electrical connectors for aircraft stores, the connectors through which stores in the 500 kg (1,000 lb) and 1,000 kg (2,000 lb) classes are controlled. The entry also sets a national scope: the Czech standard's provisions apply to NATO combat aircraft already introduced into service in the Czech Republic and to newly developed combat aircraft intended for Czech use.
The index entry says nothing further about the requirements, so this page does not describe them. The text itself is obtained through a national authority.
