NATO has not released this STANAG publicly. It is NATO UNCLASSIFIED, and organisations that need it obtain it through their national standardization authority.
What it is
STANAG 7107 is the NATO Standardization Agreement on Allied joint doctrine for joint intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. Edition 3 was promulgated in July 2016, sponsored by MC, MCJSB, JINT, and covers AJP-2.7. NATO has not released STANAG 7107 or AJP-2.7 publicly, so this page describes it from a public NATO publication that cites it, AEDP-02.
Where it is cited
AEDP-02, a public NATO publication that also discusses STANAG 4789, lists STANAG 7107 under the title Reconnaissance and Surveillance Support to Allied Joint Operations (AJP-2.7) and describes it in one paragraph. It states that "AJP-2.7 is a recent addition to the AJP series, converting a previous Allied Tactical Publication (ATP-61) into part of the Allied Joint doctrine." It adds that "The document provides the procedural aspects of the ISR support to operations."
AEDP-02 also says that planned updates to the document will include a better alignment with the Joint ISR Concept. The published extract ends there, without further detail on those updates.
STANAG 6514, which covers AJP-3.20, lists STANAG 7107 among its other related documents, next to the AJP-2 and AJP-2.4 intelligence doctrine agreements.
