NATO has not released this STANAG publicly. It is NATO UNCLASSIFIED, and organisations that need it obtain it through their national standardization authority.
What it is
STANAG 7213, Tactics, techniques and procedures for NATO air movements, covers the publication ATP-3.3.4.1 edition A. Edition 1 was promulgated on 11 January 2018, sponsored by MC, MCASB, AO. NATO has not released STANAG 7213 publicly, so this page describes it from public NATO publications that cite it.
Where it is cited
AAMedP-1.1 (Edition B Version 1), in its passage on the documents that accompany patients during aeromedical evacuation, cites STANAG 7213/ATP-3.3.4.1 as the source for a specific procedure: preparing the manifest for patients carried on an aircraft. It states that "Manifests of patients carried on each aircraft engaged in tactical or strategic aeromedical evacuation will be prepared in accordance with STANAG 7213/ATP-3.3.4.1" and that "copies will be prepared for base operation, the originating aeromedical evacuation facility, each intermediate stop, the destination terminal and the medical facility at the final destination." Those are AAMedP-1.1's own requirements; it refers to STANAG 7213 for how the manifest is prepared and does not reproduce that text.
STANAG 3204 also lists STANAG 7213 and ATP-3.3.4.1 in a list of documents, alongside STANAG 2087 on forward aeromedical evacuation and STANAG 3198 on aircraft oxygen equipment and pressure suits.
