  1. У вашому договорі названо стандарт

    Тендер, контракт або пункт про якість у вимогах замовника посилається на стандарт за назвою. Саме ця назва визначає, чого ви маєте дотримуватися, а не ця сторінка і не ми.

  2. ISO 9001 - це основа

Почніть з ISO 9001

Для більшості постачальників перший стандарт, про який запитує замовник, - це ISO 9001, міжнародний стандарт системи управління якістю. EN 9100 і AQAP: що додає оборонна сфера

STANAG: угода між державами

Allied Publications: самі стандарти

Allied Publication, або AP, - це документ, у якому містяться вимоги. Чи STANAG - це закон?

Ні. STANAG - це угода між країнами НАТО. Вона зобов'язує країну лише після ратифікації, а до компанії доходить тільки через контракт, у якому згадано цей STANAG чи відповідну публікацію. Читайте пункт договору, а не номер STANAG. Саме пункт визначає, яка редакція і які частини застосовуються.

Яка різниця між STANAG і Allied Publication?

STANAG - це угода, а Allied Publication - стандарт. Наприклад, STANAG 4107 - це угода про взаємне визнання державного забезпечення якості та застосування AQAP. AQAP 2110 - один зі стандартів, які вона охоплює, і саме відповідності AQAP 2110 вимагає контракт. У провіднику STANAG показує стандарти, які до нього належать, а стандарт вказує STANAG, до якого він належить.

Що вам потрібно: AQAP 2110 чи ISO 9001?

Зазвичай обидва. AQAP 2110 ґрунтується на ISO 9001 і додає вимоги, потрібні для оборонного контракту: план якості, управління конфігурацією та право замовника на державне гарантування якості. Що таке STANREC?

Стандартизаційна рекомендація NATO - це публікація, яку NATO радить як добру практику, не вимагаючи від держав її ратифікувати. Сама по собі STANREC ні до чого не зобов'язує. Але замовник може вписати її в контракт, а умова контракту зобов'язує вас незалежно від того, як називається сам документ.

Де можна отримати текст стандарту?

Публічна база даних NATO, NSDD, містить перелік усіх чинних STANAG та Allied Publication і надає прямий доступ до документів без грифа. Кожен запис NATO у провіднику посилається на відповідну сторінку в базі, а також на сам документ, якщо NATO його надає. Документи з обмеженим доступом ви отримуєте через національний орган стандартизації. Стандарти ISO ви купуєте в ISO або в національному органі стандартизації; записи ISO посилаються на каталог ISO.
